I was extremely satisfied with the prompt service that I received. The service man (Bill) was very knowledgeable and went above & beyond fixing the issues that I was having with my computer!! Thank you!!!
Hazardous Systems was great. When we called a real, knowledgeable person answered the phone and our questions, he was understandable and made the service call within an hour. We were supplied with computer until our issues were resolved, much of our business relies on internet access so that was important. We recommend anyone who wants knowledgeable and personal service to call Hazardous Systems.
Bill is a technical wizard!!! If you have any computer needs he is the one to go to!! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand what the problem was and what he did to resolve it. You can tell he loves working on computers – it is definitely his passion. You will not be disappointed or overcharged…..what more can a person ask for? Very pleased with the service we have received!!!

Even though he was more than 2000 miles away, Bill was able to diagnose and fix my computer quickly. He explained what he was doing as he went along, taking the time to make sure I understood.
